This is the mentality he needs. I think at this point he will probably be sold but maybe this is just the wake up call he needed!

This is a really great way to put it. What Fermin lacks in ability to he makes up for in sheer mentality! He’s the type of player who won’t be denied and will try and try again. It’s clear Olmo is a different level in technical ability though he doesn’t always show it, but Fermin is ALWAYS going 100mph.

Id argue the gap between Fermin & Olmo technically & overall ability is greater than Balde & Cancelo which only makes your point more valid! If Balde could just have the mentality and engine of Fermin it would change everything!

@CruyffsRegen Unless the club has a replacement already in mind I don’t see how we could let him leave with no reinforcements at that position.

But also, if a 70m+ offer comes in it’d be hard to say no!
