@Some_Eventful A10. It was easier when I had my dog, Timmie he loved to go outside as often as possible. Now, I schedule when I'm going out - I actually put it in my day timer and I have a goal checklist on my fridge - spend time outdoors is one of my daily goals. #WeGetOutside
@Some_Eventful A9. It's the challenge, pushing our boundaries and trying something new. That said, being smart about my limits is something I've learned with age and some crazy experiences. #WeGetOutside
@Some_Eventful A8. I have osteoarthritis in my feet. I've adapted by wearing good footwear and good socks. I listen to my body and not pushing too much, meaning watch my daily kilometres. I use hiking poles, they help with my balance and keep the pressure off my feet. #WeGetOutside
@Some_Eventful A7. We would say, if feeling ill from the neck down - rest, neck up...get yourself out, you will feel better. I practice this, headache, sniffles, blahs....I almost immediately feel better when I get outside. #WeGetOutside
@Some_Eventful A6. Not sure you could really call it creativity, but I'm a lot more interested in nature. I spend more time hugging trees, listening, taking in the sounds and scents of nature.
@Some_Eventful I would agree with this. I never thought too much about the pictures I was taking outdoors, but now I do pay attention to framing, getting an interesting or cool shot. #WeGetOutside
@Some_Eventful A5. Physically, I have taken on bigger challenges as my body has gotten stronger. Mentally, I feel stronger and more grounded, I am able to cope better with stress and even not being able to be social at this time. #WeGetOutside
