The plague is Siberia is very deadly. The more deadly an infection, the more difficult it is to spread because it kills its host.

So if the outbreak is natural, it’s most likely that it won’t leave Russia.

If it’s found, or if they claim it’s found, outside of Russia that would be the biggest indicator that something is amiss.

I’d be watching Australia, France and Italy most closely.
