A mix of golden hour and direct sunlight to try and capture this piece!! The colors are so vibrant from a side angle, and really wash out when viewed straight on. I polished the sides and flat surface, so really it could be displayed from any angle!!…

TThis pattern was discovered by @ambigraph so you know it’s a good one!! It’s giving classic zellige charm with twisting chirality!…ell me this isn’t the coolest pattern!!

Couldn’t resist trying out another gradient of color for this glass jaali! The pattern is based on a stone carving at Humayun’s Tomb in India. @ambigraph taught a really nice analysis of this pattern in one of his recent classes.…
TThis is such a pleasing pattern to draw! Check out @ambigraph for his recent course on how to draw it!…Jhese molds were really challenging, but were also a great way to start exploring color gradients in cast glass!
