Carbs are the fuel for your training sessions.
To train with real intensity, you need carbs.
Don’t allow your body to slow down..IT WILL GET USED TO IT
@Mc2Craig 👍🏼It can be a great tool for some people but may not be ideal for others. Again, it is not a requirement for fat loss and has no magic properties when compared to eating the same number of calories spread throughout the whole day.
So much BS online these days.

@anfearmor11 Swimming is a great cardio exercise and probably the best when you have back issues. I would consult your doctor first but there are definitely certain weights sessions people can be doing that do not compromise your back.
Don’t be lured into thinking that there is a “magic”, “secret” or “long lost” way of eating required to lose weight.
Run a mile from anyone who promotes this ideology or pushes one particular diet on you.
