So tired of @urbanclap's poor service support. I book insta help for 2:30pm. She doesn't pick phone or come till 7pm. I call them for cancellation and refund after fighting with their bots.

Fast-forward one week: No refund and that booking is showing up as "COMPLETED"!!!

@MyIndusIndBank such a worst experience in opening an account for my parents. After failed KYC they did offline KYC after visiting the branch, still can't make UPI transaction. Have visited the branch multiple times but no response! Is this how you make people run for basics?

@MyIndusIndBank First of all this number is not even toll free and she called as well but even after that nothing happened. I have shared her contact number in DM. I request you to get this sorted as it's very frustrating to do so much just to open an account. I even seeded it with 5k rupees.

@airtelindia has the worst customer service ever! My data is not working on my phone and I'm without internet whenever I travel and can not book cabs and do urgent stuff. When I called their helpline , a bot connected with me and told to provide "quick resolution" after 15 days!
