I’m on a 100 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but getting 1 Mbps for 2–3 weeks. My WFH job is at risk due to your poor service. Technicians come after days, blame my laptop, and even close complaints using OTP without fixing anything. Extremely unprofessional. 1/2
