@spooky_pills @AdamRichman You'd need a warrant to enter the premises, used to be that mags would grant the warrants on the basis of the tracked location, I got a couple, then there was some sort of change in guidance or some such and they wanted something else to corroborate.

@brandonhli @Airbnb Hi Brandon, the nicety in the UK is any commercial transactions are policed by Trading Standards, I would suggest this case is lodged with them as there clear empty guarantees on all accounts. I'll try and find the relevant branch for you. This property was in Kensington no?
