One for horsey friends. Haygain (hay steamers) seem to have gone under and are ignoring people’s messages and closed all comments on their Facebook page. Lots of people paid large sums of money months ago & no delivery. Don’t order & warn your friends.

@AWordsMan @AxeRiverReviews @axeriverbooks Were told 1st July then told it would be last week so 🤷🏻‍♀️. Personally I’m gutted. Took a lot of confidence building for me to even enter. Knew I had no chance of winning but entered for experience. Now think it was a complete waste of time😢 Not sure it’s a real competition.

@k8ealex @Sofology @SofologyHelp Same issue. Sofas were supposed to be delivered last week. Waited all day and they never arrived. Since then I’ve either been fobbed off or ignored. Surely they should just apologise and rebook my delivery. Apparently that’s too difficult. Not convinced my sofas ever existed

@SofologyHelp PLS CONTACT ME URGENTLY. I waited 2 hours on the phone, no answer. I emailed - no response in almost most 3 weeks. I went to my sofology - it’s not working. I tried webchat - no answer. I DMed - no answer. Every stage of this order has been a nightmare!!
