@TravelproIntl Travel pro as a company sucks. Do not buy their products. They have 0 customer service & reps just flat out lie. Orderd to set a luggage with a critical timeline and it has yet to arrive. FedEX doesn’t know where it is and travel pro is unwilling to do anything. $ & time wasted!

FedEx tracking shows the bags without any delivery date due to the fact that it hasn’t been scanned and they can’t find them. Travel pro refuses to replace the order. Service reps for three days have told me that they’ll be there the next day complete lie. Will not escalate.

Was afan of travel pro. I need a set for a trip. ordered a set 1/29. Supposed to arrive 1/31. 1 piece arrived. Other 2 are stuck at FedEX in Ellenwood, GA. 2/7 no luggage. Spoke with them four times. Pathetic no results.

Lied to each time. Unwilling to send new luggage. International moving company shows up in four days. FedEX can’t find it. Cannot reach anyone of importance at travel pro. Never do business with them. $600 down the drain. Absolutely awful experience.4 days till I leave. No bags!

@ASTS_SpaceMob During the Verizon shut down this past week, my phone had satellite connection with a green dot that said it was connected and I sent some text messages that looked like they actually went out. Does anyone know what satellite it may have connected to from northern New Jersey?
