@edayforcongress@IslaEllis7@joey_tuccio What can be done if local & state officials have a blind eye to certain crimes?
Paper trail is almost nonexistent
📢I was just elected as a State Delegate for the Republican Party of Texas.
What that actually means:
I now get to play a part in and VOTE on what the party prioritizes and what lawmakers focus on.
Why that matters:
You've heard me say the animal crisis in Texas is tied directly to public safety, public health, infrastructure and taxpayer cost.
For years, no one in power has treated it like a priority.
Now I have a seat in the room where the TOP priorities for the party are decided.
I was also recently selected as a Legislative Ambassador with the Texas Humane Legislation Network. So I am working on this from both sides—inside the system and out in the field.
This doesn’t magically fix anything overnight.
It does mean that I now have a real path to push this issue where it needs to go.
And I’m going to use it.
➡️More details in the comments for anyone who wants the full breakdown.
➡️ Want to DO something besides scream online to help the dogs on Skid Row?
@joey_tuccio and his legal team have filed a complaint with the DOJ, but a federal case will NOT open without hard proof of interstate trafficking.
❌ Screaming online or signing petitions does nothing.
If you want to force the FBI to act, you need to give them facts.
If you have firsthand knowledge of Skid Row animal networks they need you to provide:
1) LOGISTICS: Exact dates, times, license plates, or vehicle descriptions of trailers and cars transporting animals off Skid Row across state lines (especially into Nevada or Texas).
2) PAPER TRAIL: Screenshots of Venmo/CashApp transactions, texts, or online marketplace listings proving Skid Row puppies are being sold to out-of-state buyers.
3) INSIDERS: Firsthand witness statements linking these street dogs directly to organized out-of-state dogfighting or drug networks.
If you have this specific, admissible evidence, email it directly to the legal team handling the DOJ complaint at [email protected].
Give them a paper trail they can't ignore.
➕ And share this to help spread the word.

@IslaEllis7@joey_tuccio He can answer that best but it’s harder than it seems. We have all seen how he has overwhelming proof of horrific LOCAL abuse.
But to get the DOJ involved he must have proof of FEDERAL crimes, and that involves these criminals or their victims crossing state lines.
This angel on Skid Row was dumped and left scared to death in a laundromat. The “owner” is a severe meth addict who would freak out all day on the dog thinking things were crawling all over her. There is a rescue but a foster is urgently needed! All food, training, supplies, etc will be paid for until a forever home is found. Please apply at https://t.co/amuqSoOAwz!
Calling LA councilmembers asking them to pay the $5,000 bill for yet another dog dying on their streets that they are trying to ignore. Hi @cd14losangeles! Hope you're enjoying your ONE MONTH RECESS while dogs are dying on your streets.
Yeah - NO @bestfriends. You don't get to claim we are "working together to save cats and dogs" simply because we are trying to obtain funding through a Rachel Ray grant. Making up rules and narratives to serve your org is something you're very good at. It doesn't work with us.
Hmmmm, @bestfriends just blocked me on Instagram when they posted a smiling picture with Karen Bass and I voiced my concerns with them spreading a false narrative about Skid Row. Instead of engaging in dialogue, they block people. What do they have to hide?
