Hey, @UberEats and @ZiggisCoffee , you both just lost a loyal customer. Due to Ziggi’s poor packaging, my coffee (put in a plastic bag?) spilled all over the paper bag it was in and there was none left for me to drink and all of my food was ruined.

Initially, I was just going to ask for another order, because I understand mistakes happen. But now, I don’t even want my food or my coffee, I just want my money back. Do better. You charge way to much money for this to be an issue.
