take PS2 horror (Manhunt, The Suffering..all that nasty stuff we weren't supposed to play), mix it with Balatro's addictive combo crack, add a pinch of CloverPit's panic. and you get Dead Spin.

we grew up on that dark, gritty aesthetic. then Balatro got us hooked with those brain-melting combos. and CloverPit? pure adrenaline and anxiety.

so we thought: why not smash all of this into one game? that's how our cursed slot machine roguelike was born.
