@KSekouM Kabocha fries. Dad& I keep elbowing each other out of the way 🤤 Japanese pumpkin sliced into wedges & coated with butter or ghee, air-fry 400 degrees about 10 minutes. Crispy outside & soft inside.
Dang, I wonder if the Asian market is open?

@Flipgrid I think I'm hooked! I love seeing my students this way and I like that I can leave video feedback for them. We also use Google classroom and it's very easy to assign a grid there. When students respond I attach a link to their feedback to send back in GC.
