@ShivrattanDhil1 I have an E20 compliant vehicle, bought in 2024. Even in that vehicle we had to clean up the spark plugs and fuel pump as the vehicle went in limp mode at low rpms and ramps.

It seems like the quality of ethanol and its energy value itself is questionable.

@MaiBheeEngineer @DealsDhamaka I am not reducing mileage, this is what my vehicle is reporting. My vehicle doesn’t go around and calculate the mileage for 80% petrol only. It does know what blend of fuel it is. And as I said the difference is lower on highways. I am just being honest. Take it the way you feel.

@MaiBheeEngineer @DealsDhamaka You are not taking actual vehicle mileage into account, but just basing things off of studies. Saying that it reduces mileage by 8% is farce. Every single vehicle, even e20 compliant ones are seeing reductions in mileage closer to 15-25% in cities. It is less on highways.

@MaiBheeEngineer @DealsDhamaka Here it goes based on my vehicle which is E20 compliant and serviced regularly. Mileage with 100% petrol 10.6kmpl and with E20 fuel, 8.1kmpl.

So for every 100 km, the car consumes 9.43 liters of pure petrol. Non blended

With bended, the car consumes 12.35 liters. 80% -> 9.87 l

@ShivrattanDhil1 I own Mahindra 3XO petrol version. I am facing multiple software issues including the ADAS system, the infotainment system, headlight and indicator control system and the fuel flow system. The car is 1 year old. With these many issues I am never buying a Mahindra ever again.
