And if the beams and Slabs can be giving way, which obviously they are, then how much more the critical elements like the Columns and foundation which can't be observed vaguely except through close-up inspection!
@Soma_Okoli I would say the same as a Structural Engineer. I can already see obvious signs that the building isn't in good shape "Structurally". Those cracks are what we call "Structural Cracks". And they are most of the time, seriously and must be treated seriously! Cracks like this occur..
@gboyeezy@TheBPLimited Trust me when I say we actually factored in and considered you guys in our design. Which is why the PT slab system was used.
Perhaps we should push the blame and also credit for this beauty yet complex piece to the architects. You guys are responsible for what we all dealt with.
