I do want to really quickly clarify that I was never told either publicly OR privately that posting the initial tweet was something they didn’t want, nor was I ever asked to take that original tweet down.

I do however think I reacted poorly initially, and I’ll take-

responsibility for that, as I probably should’ve reached out via DMs to try and sort things out instead.

Hopefully we’ll soon return to the regular struggles and can set this behind us. I do want to extend an apology to those I upset though, as well as a promise to handle-

Closing twitter for a bit and hopefully can word myself a little better when I'm back, the amount of vitriol being thrown at me about this is a lot. My DMs and replies are open for discussion or comment, I just ask that we all try to be kinder.

@Art_Lissi my brother in christ i am Not American. i did not word myself entirely well here but the point was to express what my intent was, and i do apologise for downplaying it. at the end of it all it was intended to be a joke and i can recognise now it was in poor taste

@thatcooolartist I double checked through replies, I was never told this. If I had been, I would never have initially posted them onto the struggles to begin with. The original tweet is now deleted.

I am also not tolerating people in the replies just straight up being assholes. You will be blocked. I welcome criticism but not if your idea of that is simply to call me names.

I have also taken the tweet down because I do see how it can come off/that it may be in mildly poor taste. Again I would like to remind you all though that this is far from a serious account and there was no intent behind it other than “be funny”.
