@SamsungMobileUS what is the point of have certified repair centers in my area if they aren't allowed to repair the power button on my fold 7? I was told I have to send it in for warranty repair that could take up to three weeks! Thanks for nothing.

@UPS how do you lose my package from an @amazon fulfillment center 55 minutes from my house. This is not the first time this has happened either. Maybe Amazon should stop using your services. Even the @USPS doesn't have this kind of record with my Amazon deliverys.
