@PoorBoyzSol @WallStreetApes I was the lead in my shop, 3 females, 6 males. I started "period day". For us, it was a legit use, cramping, heavy day...use your once monthly period day and go home. I had the guys use it, too, a "you" day. Men need some fairness in this life, this was the best I could give.
