so it is far easier to f**k up homeschooling than government schooling. (there are a bunch of other reasons such as socializing, access to different opinions/ideologies or ways of thinking, as well as access to CPS if necessary

my useless take on homeschooling:
the school system and homeschooling can be done well and done astronomically horribly. but it is a teacher's job to teach children, whereas for most homeschooling parents the parents will have a job to provide money while also teaching

I’m thankful for all of the people I met while I was going through it all, I just think that social media can really make people other those that aren’t “useful” as well as make people feel othered if that makes any sense. [it doesn’t but that’s okay]
