Sim actually shows 5g without internet on, when I turn internet on is show LTE and internet doesn't work at all, and your chat support doesnt even give any solution, even after you have automated question, it doesn't answer those.

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my Xstream fiber was down for 4-5 days last months due to a technical issue on your end. Why should I pay full for a 1-month pack when I got 4-5 days less service? As per TRAI guidelines, shouldn't customer get credit for this downtime?

@Airtel_Presence I'm talking about Mobile data, not the broadband, although most of the time broadband is down, it is not working right now thats why i need to use my mobile data (so called trully unlimited 5G) which got exhausted and had to use JIO to reply on this tweet. Broadband shared in DM
