People are scared to download an app that requires no personal details and uses Bluetooth to connect with other phones but are happy to live with a smartphone holding all personal info, listens to your conversations, tracks you and has all your banking details etc. 😂

Question. Would a government work if it was made up of multiple parties i.e. the presidential candidate from the winning party would have to choose his cabinet (ministers and deputies) in proportion to how many votes each parties received?
