@mickwhughes Absolutely massive issue @mickwhughes and demonstrates the importance of more ‘play’ for the under 10’s and less screen time. Long term athletic development pathways start with active kids. Loss of basic movement competency in children is having big detrimental effects.
I see many people who experience persistent knee region #pain. It’s important for clinicians to think of pain as a ‘region’ not a specific structure so that #neuroscience concepts such as convergence, primary and secondary hyperalgesia are considered and managed according.
