This man, has carried the Men’s agenda flag so high for the last 4 years. Started Muntu Wa Wansi educational & sensitization programs on social media, that have shaped men into real men. He has also empowered them about their rights & responsibilities. Does he even know the families he has protected & family feuds prevented as a result? He’s so humble & doesn’t even brag about it as long as he’s served above self. I hope this post will trigger a national award soon. I celebrate you @kyamageroandrew
I finally understand what Machiavelli meant when he said, “Never play fair in a game where others cheat.” It doesn’t mean become evil. It means stop being naive. Stop bringing honesty to people who study manipulation, stop giving access to people who weaponize closeness, and stop expecting clean hands from people who already showed you they’ll throw dirt. Sometimes wisdom is not revenge. Sometimes wisdom is learning the rules of the room before the room uses your goodness against you.

🚨Centenary Bank impounded a retired soldier's vehicle over a fifteen million shilling loan he had taken earlier. He had put two vehicles as security, but later changed the engine and registration details on one of them.
The bank had him arrested, seized the vehicle, and he took them to court.
But the court threw out his case.
He waited way too long, beyond the six-year limit, so the judge dismissed it.
Would you still take a bank to court if you knew the time limit was tight???

Ugandan coffee beans are renowned globally for their unique and complex flavors. Here are the key specialties that make Ugandan beans stand out:
1. Origin and Heritage
Birthplace of Robustas Coffee: Uganda is widely considered the birthplace of robusta coffee. The coffee plant, Coffea robusta, is indigenous to Uganda, giving its beans a genetic diversity not found elsewhere.
Wild Varietals new crop like kisansa : few Ugandan beans come from wild or semi-wild coffee trees, contributing to rich and varied flavor profiles.
2. Flavor Profiles
Fruity and Floral: Uganda coffees are known for their bright acidity and complex flavor notes like blueberry, jasmine, bergamot, lemon, and stone fruits.
Light to Medium Body: They typically have a lighter body with vibrant clarity and a tea-like texture.
3. Processing Methods
Natural (Dry) Processed: This traditional method involves drying the whole coffee cherry. It often results in fruit-forward, winey flavors with a sweet, syrupy body.
Washed (Wet) Processed: This brings out cleaner, more floral and citrusy notes with a crisp acidity.
4. Growing Regions
Each region in Uganda produces beans with distinct flavor profiles:
Rwenzori : Floral, citrusy, and tea-like. Highly prized among specialty coffee enthusiasts.
Elgon: Bright acidity, fruity and spicy notes.
Bunyonyi: Heavier body, with wild, winey, and chocolatey flavors.
West Nile: Fruity and complex, often with peach, berry, and floral notes.
Central : home of robustas
5. High Elevation
Some Arabica coffee is grown at high altitudes (often 1,800–2,200 meters above sea level), which slows bean maturation and concentrates flavor.
Summary
Ugandan beans are prized for their unmatched diversity, vibrant acidity, and fruit-forward flavors. They’re a favorite in specialty coffee circles and often used in high-end pour-overs and single-origin espresso

An S.3 student gave birth at around 2 a.m. and dumped the baby in a latrine while telling her mother that she was only suffering from stomach pain.
She was later taken to the hospital, only for it to be discovered that she had given birth. Remember, the baby was still in the toilet.
The innocent baby stayed there until around 3:15 a.m. before being rescued alive.
Sadly, the baby had swallowed faeces, and some had even entered the ears.
The good news is that Doctors say the baby is strong, and they hope she will recover well.
What is really wrong with some Gen-Z girls today?.
How can someone carry a baby for nine months and then dump the child?.
Where is humanity? When she was enjoying sharing her Strait of Hormuz, everything felt good, but when it is time to face the consequences, she chooses to abandon responsibility.
Very sad.🤔
A few storage habits can help maintain quality and performance on site.
- Stack neatly for easy access
- Use older bags first (First-in, First-out)
- Keep cement dry and elevated from the ground

You don't have to like your job, but you should respect it.
Job loss has a way of reminding people that what they took for granted was carrying more weight than they realized. Besides, it's often easier to find your next opportunity while you still have your current one.
Checking Candidates’ Registration Status via SMS
The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has introduced an SMS service that enables candidates, parents, and guardians to verify the registration status of candidates.
To check a candidate’s registration status, users should send the candidate’s full index number via SMS to 6600.
UNEB encourages parents and guardians to take an active interest in the registration process and to verify the accuracy of all information submitted on behalf of their children.
The Board further reminds learners, parents, and Heads of Examination Centres that the use of erasable pens is strictly prohibited in all UNEB examinations.
Registration Requirements for the UCE Examination
This year’s candidates are the third cohort of learners registering under the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
Under the CBC, candidates are required to register for:
- A minimum of eight (8) subjects, and
- A maximum of nine (9) subjects.
Continuous Assessment (CA) scores for all subjects offered, as well as project scores, shall be mandatory requirements for certification.

Candidates whose CA scores have already been submitted to UNEB are advised not to change their names or optional subjects during S.4 registration.
#UCE Repeaters
Candidates repeating UCE examinations must have complete S.3 and S.4 Continuous Assessment scores for all subjects taken, including project work.
@lawrencekitema The building season is usually lonely.
People celebrate visible success, but few understand the sacrifice, discipline, rejection, and quiet perseverance it took to get there.
Keep building anyway. Noah looked crazy until the rain started.🙏
Nobody claps for a man while he is building. His family doubts him, and friends disappear. Then one day, the results speak, and everyone acts like they believed in him. Crazy life.
Growth demands sacrifice.
The moment your life starts taking shape, you must learn to disconnect from habits, circles and obligations that no longer support your future.
Like you can’t seriously plan for your first mortgage while actively participating in 5 different WhatsApp wedding contribution groups every month.
Sometimes, maturity is simply choosing long-term stability over short-term social pressure.
