I had the pleasure of working with Chris who did plenty of @NTUSport inter-mural fixtures back in the day. Could see he was destined to progress up the refereeing pathway. Didn’t realise we shared a love of #NFFC too. Awful news. Thoughts with his family & friends.

Nottinghamshire FA is deeply saddened to report that Chris Hunter has unexpectedly passed away aged 35.

Chris was a former Level 3 referee operating at Steps 2-4 of non-league football and a season-ticket holder at Nottingham Forest.
