After a month travelling in Asia on some of the cleanest, modern and punctual rail and underground networks it's been a sad reality check to arrive back in the shambolic, crowded and dirty UK. India to London 9.5 hours. London to Birmingham 5.5. @LNRailway @TfL

Just had my worst airplane food ever on BA Economy. Round 1 - one option, veg curry/rice. Round 2 - chicken with rice with rice pudding for desert. The warm white completed the experience perfectly.

Enjoying a SB on @Celebrity_DFW Millennium. Watched a few magic shows on board but the vanishing drinks/ WiFi package is the best. Booked with my TA,confirmed before departure it vanished on the ship. To bring it back cost me $5000. My nice TA refunded - no explanation from GS.

How very odd that @CelebrityCruise cancelled our Vietnam phumy cruise port saying the port had double booked - yet we are the only ship scheduled.
