Proud parents time as Aelwen finally gets opportunity to represent Great Britain 🇬🇧 at the weekends road race in Milan, Italy 🇮🇹. This coincides with her being added on to GB’s Jr Olympic Development Squad for 2026 for both track and road cycling. 🚴

It’s always a pleasure to race in Wales for @BeicioCymru Welsh Championships. Titles nos 15 & 16 (#XCO #XCC) in the locker with a rare trip out on the MTB. Luckily Aelwen has the talent to switch between codes & still perform very well.

@thedailyjaws Being a 72 I was too young to see it first time around. Went to the cinema to see 30-year anniversary, & even though I know every word from every scene, it elevated the experience to my top 3 (at 3) permanently. Star Wars & Raiders of the Lost Ark sit at 1 & 2. They are fixed.

@daniellloyd1 Since the demise of GCN I’ve stopped watching cycling altogether save for the Olympics. With each platform being extremely greedy and stopping family sharing (Disney the latest to announce this), watching TV in general is becoming more and more expensive.
