Can you see it yet!?
We have a hearing in the High Court on 3rd and 4th November which will answer the question about whether the City of London’s policy is lawful.
Support our legal challenge:

@SexMattersOrg Of course it isn't lawful. They can't have 3 mixed sex ponds that are advertised as single sex &/or allow only opposite sex that identify as trans.
@cityoflondon So all your ponds will be mixed sex but you're going to falsely advertise 2 of them as men & women only respectively!
See you in court, morons!

These idiots don't want organisations to abide by the law because deluded/perverted men's feelings must be protected above all else, especially women's rights!
The EHRC Guidance on single-sex spaces is unjust and unworkable.
That's why UNISON are demanding MPs stand with trans and non-binary workers and oppose the guidance.
We have sent an FOI request to all 32 local authorities in Scotland to request details of their school toilet provisions to ensure they are all compliant with their legal obligations.
We'll keep you informed.
@rejserin Nonsense. You know you're a man, and so does everyone else. Some may lie to placate you, but they know the truth.
You're an adult human male, a man
This is a confusing letter @sianberry.
I have some questions:
1. You’re asking for legislative action in response to a non-legislative Code. Assuming it’s the Equality Act you want to change, does it follow that you accept that the Code accurately reflects the Act as it is?
@EllieChowns Dr Chowns, could you be specific about whether you think:
1) the Code is unlawful, in the sense that it does not reflect the law in some way, and if so how; or
2) the law is wrong, and if so how; or
3) you have a concern about the Code of a different type, and if so what?
@stellacreasy But Stella it was you that brought up the SI issue in response to questions about the Code, even though it's not an SI (btw what did you think of all the delegated powers in the Assisted Dying Bill?).
Anyway, now you've said the Code's "not right", can you tell us how?
