@BrianSullivan@visegrad24 Incorrect. It was leaving the US and the incident occurred on the US side of the bridge. Local paper covering the story: https://t.co/M6TMZp354J
@ChristianVDV so good that 2 of your rides are back on the @onepeloton platform. Love them - as they slowly push me deeper into the Pain Cave. Now...do some new ones!
@CatWithSausages@volcaholic1 Typically the times pets are impacted are when a neighbourhood or community is closed off unexpectedly while residents are away at work (or elsewhere, such as on vacation). We've seen that in Canada with evacuations due to forest fires
@mattgurney I had really concluded that some bad actors must have had him over a barrel. It's actually the most obvious reason he didn't roll it back right away
@IAPonomarenko I saw this as a part of a display at the Toronto Ukrainian Festival over the weekend & thought of you & Bucha. They had damaged and destroyed doors from across Ukraine. Moving installation
@ReedTimmerAccu But seriously...the regular tidal bore (as the upriver push of water from incoming tides on Fundy is called) is even normally a thing. You can even book whitewater rafting trips on it eg https://t.co/7gseen4oKY
@burgwx Thanks for this. Growing up in Nova Scotia nothing drove me crazy like US media outlets saying some monster storm was going "safely out to sea" knowing that actually two timezones-worth of millions of Canadians were about to get slammed.
@iCyclone Speak for yourself. I'm sitting here in Nova Scotia with a few million other Canadians looking at an angry Lee likely to knock on the door Fiona kicked in a year ago
