Why does @Tesla let you "Record" DIY maintenance in-car if it doesn’t actually save the history? I’ve logged every rotation for nearly 2 years, but both the app and car only show the last reset. Ridiculous.
Tesla Support confirmed this data isn’t saved anywhere. Now I’m losing a tire prorate because my car "forgot" my service history. Hey @Toyota, my 2015 Super White Tacoma’s paint is peeling off the B-pillar like it’s allergic to the truck, and now the rear passenger window. I called two dealers, called corporate, and finally visited the service department today to file a claim, all parroted the same line “Your VIN isn’t covered, 3rd Gen+ only.” Hilarious bc as I walked out, I noticed the exact same paint flaking on another 2nd Gen Tacoma parked right next to mine! Unreal! ~$2,000 to fix it myself.
