how can you have to wait 11 days for a kitchen tap repair when you have no cold water and three kids to cook and clean for???! Utterly ridiculous service from Axis !!!! It tap was faulty 2 months ago but wasn’t repaired as the plumber couldn’t turn off the water!

@graingerplc called the repair line this morning as our cold tap in the kitchen is not working at all now (it has been faulty for about two months, they came to repair it about 6 weeks ago but couldn’t turn the water off so didn’t do it!!!!)
