Being a larger group doesn’t give you a vote if you aren’t a part of the group you want a say in. They would have to be considered gamers by actual gamers BEFORE they get a vote.

Too many tourists and outsiders have decided they're going to treat hobbies like gaming as fashion accessories, and use them as vehicles to push their agendas, worldview, and activism onto others.

In a high trust society or political climate this wouldn't be a problem but here we are. Leftists opened our eyes to how badly gatekeeping is needed. If you do not gatekeep your hobbies, these people will show up, claim it as their own, then ruin it from the inside like a cancer.

Ubisoft, BioWare, Rocksteady, Obsidian, Firewalk, Luminous, Blizzard, modern Hollywood, the comic book industry, Star Wars, Star Trek, Doctor Who, D&D, MTG, Marvel... there are endless examples where gay race progressives decided "this is ours now" and then immediately drove the industry into the ground... or is actively killing it as I type this.

We're done playing nice with outsiders. We don't care if you think that's "bad" or "immature."
