@PurolatorHelp - Can you please provide some help to the team working on backlogged packages from Canada to the US. We have 7 packages that haven't moved in a week and nobody can give us an update as to when the issues will be resolved.

@kurtinc We recently had two purchases that used the same address and same credit card number with a different card name. We asked for ID for both orders and after reveiw declined to ship the 2nd order. We then got a chargeback for the first order. Sigh.
