Riding escalators for fun on Christmas day at Toronto Pearson is one way to spend your Christmas... especially when your plane is delayed (due to reasons "under investigation" by @AirCanada) and you end up spending 6 extra hours stuck with two small kids.
Watching the #NHLGlobalSeries with my little guy. Daddy/Son day... That Swedish national anthem is pretty awesome when the whole arena is in sync singing. Nice to see!
Great people making our fantastic Fran smile on librarians day. Today, I was reminded of how amazing the people are around me. Deidra, you're so kind and thoughtful, and an absolute leader through and through. @SGDSBoard#fridaysmiles
While working on this, I ran into some old friends from Whale Cove — who took an epic hockey trip I that wrote about a few years ago.
One of them was John Voisey —who now plays for a Nunavut select team — and starts this story off by shouting obscenities at his hero, @Jtootoo22
@RobsonDan@MsLauraNelson @TheAthleticInk Dan, you write with such clarity and respect. You've told his story so well. I went to highschool with Ray in the Soo when he was on the Hounds. This painted him well and told his story like no one else can.
@MoosecalacTim@Vinn_Cenz@WrightDobbs@PierreVLeBrun Wayne was Wayne because he worked harder than anyone his whole life! In an era where his competition drank and smoked their faces off. Wayne was working on his skills and creativity. Like what every NHLer now does.
