My current regime;
- lifting weights 3-4 times a week
- 2 cardio sessions (bike, boxing)
- 160g of protein a day
- Vit D3, K2, Magnesium, Zinc
- Berry smoothie with Greek yoghurt
- vagus nerve breathing exercises
- 8 hours sleep, grounding mat/sheet
- coffee
As a professional body language analyst, I’ll say this:
Usyk looks to be nervous. Almost looks like he doesn’t want to be there.
