@timkaine Tim Kaine has openly stated he believes courts packing is not the correct approach to dealing with the unfavorable Supreme Court composition. Tim Kaine has not co-sponsored Keep 9 at this time, showing indecision and hesitancy to a critical issue.

@RepAnnWagner - Ann Wagner has no official stance on keep 9 or court packing as a whole, only ever giving her support for overturning Roe v Wade as a judicial opinion. This could explain why she’s a weaker candidate and requires continuous funding from the national GOP party.
