Members of @Lucancc1 amnesty group met with @EOBroin @Ginosocialist @Wardy1916 today to discuss the #homelesscrisis. We presented a petition to them calling on @LeoVaradkar @DarraghOBrienTD to reinstate the eviction ban and build more houses.

december 10th was world human rights today and there was a lot of interest at our #writeforrights stall. thanks to the help from amnesty members and ms mccarthy we were able to raise awareness about the denial of the right to peaceful protest. well done to all involved!!

Thanks to the students and teachers of @Lucancc1 and Münchberg Gymnasium for visiting the Embassy today where they met with Ambassador O’Brien.

The schools traveled to Berlin this week as they celebrate 31 years of their truly successful exchange programme.
