In @figma Design you can easily cut up a shape with a path using the shape builder tool, without moving over to draw! 🤯

Just draw the path you want to use to "Cut." Just select your object and path and press "M," and click your regions.

Figma débarque en bourse 💰
→ Faut-il acheter des actions FIG ?

Figma, l’outil préféré de pas mal de designers pour le prototypage et le travail collaboratif, vient officiellement de déposer son dossier pour entrer en bourse !

L’objectif ?

Lever jusqu’à 1,5 MILLARDS de $ sur les marchés.
Et en entrant en bourse, Figma est obligé de publier ses chiffres.

En 2024 :
✱ L’entreprise a réalisé près de 750 millions de $ de chiffre d’affaires
✱ Une hausse de 48 %
✱ Et elle affiche même un bénéfice net au 1er trimestre 2025 de 44,9 millions de $

Pour ceux qui s’en souviennent, Figma devait être racheté par Adobe pour 20 MILLIARDS de $ mais ce rachat avait été bloqué par les autorités.

Figma avait récupéré 1 MILLIARDS $ de dommage et intérêt et il semblerait qu’ils s’en sortent très bien tout seuls.

Aujourd’hui, Figma revendique 13 millions d’utilisateurs actifs par mois et bosse déjà avec 95 % des entreprises du Fortune 500 (le classement des 500 plus grandes entreprises américaines en chiffre d’affaires).

L’argent levé servira à
✱ Investir encore plus dans l’iA
✱ Renforcer leur infrastructure
✱ Continuer à concurrencer des géants comme Canva ou… Adobe !

Si tout se passe bien, Figma devrait bientôt être cotée sur le Nasdaq (la bourse américaine des entreprises technologiques) avec le symbole FIG.

Ce qu’on appelle une IPO (introduction en bourse), c’est le moment où une entreprise vend ses actions pour la première fois au public.

Et dans le cas de Figma, ça pourrait bien devenir l’une des plus grosses IPO tech de 2025.
