この場を借りて、PNGAL本体を触らせていただいた時の話をさせていただくと、See-throughライブラリの性能限界の問題でレイヤー化が上手く出来ないパターンが結構あったので、入力する画像側の自由度を狭める。
「レイヤー化しやすい画像のテンプレ」を定義するっていう選択肢もありかもしれません。

そうっすよね～。しかも【動画生成】だから、フェイストラッキングでいわゆるホロライブ的なVtuber挙動が出来るわけではないってところまで皆読めないだろうな～。
試みは面白いけど、生成コストも有るし2800円もしょうがないところもあるから結局まだ誰でも簡単Vtuberってのは無理っていうね。

@1mm_module 私の場合はPNGALは逆に高機能、多機能過ぎたので目パチ、口パク機能だけにデチューンさせてもらって、表情部分の生成はQwenEditじゃないモデルで、Denoise→表情生成。その後マスク範囲ごと被せる方式で使わせてもらってます
