@ManPuhskenti @TeamYouTube I just now saw this. I will post a link to our MEGA drive with all our SH videos here in a moment. Our new “backup” channel is here:

[Studio Horizon @studiohorizon_]

@TeamYouTube Our channel was suspended earlier this month due to copyright strikes from TOEI Animation on our series "Dragonball Super Abridged" & "Super Dragon Ball Heroes Abridged". Our work falls well under Fair Use and is fully transformative of the source material. 1/3

@TeamYouTube Just followed.

[Studio Horizon @studiohorizon_]

@TeamYouTube If there's truly nothing else you can do, at least DM me the TOEI email address that filed the takedown requests. I have no way to log in to the channel to find it myself. Thank you.

[Studio Horizon @studiohorizon_]

@TeamYouTube I would try, but I’m unable to log in to the Studio Horizon YT channel to try that. The channel is by all means virtually deleted. Are there any other avenues we can take to get the channel re-instated? It’s wrong how YouTube lets TOEI determine the fate of the channel.

[Studio Horizon @studiohorizon_]

@TeamYouTube If you go to the link in our bio, it pops up with a “not found” screen.

[Studio Horizon @studiohorizon_]

@TeamYouTube I should have been more specific - the channel seems to have been disabled or even deleted. I was wondering if this is reversible at all. Submitting a counter notification wasn’t an option as it opens me up to being sued. Open to conversation about it. Thanks for your time.

[Studio Horizon @studiohorizon_]

Important note: we don’t monetize our content and we do not take donations either. Any art assets we need come out of our own pockets. All we ask for is a conversation about it.

[Studio Horizon @studiohorizon_]

Could someone look into this? Our channel had over 20k subscribers when it was suspended, and we have limited ways forward without it. TOEI never budges, and we've realized that. We've planned alternate paths forward without having to use their source content in the future. 3/3

[Studio Horizon @studiohorizon_]

Hey all - the channel got deleted by YT. Toei copyright struck us 3 times back in January, but the channel was never deleted as the notice said it would. Looks like YT finally caught up. We have a backup, please check here for more updates:

Horrible mobile game ads on Twitter have me like

[Studio Horizon @studiohorizon_]

@Beni8th The second one was arguably just as fire. This one takes the prize for the visuals, though.

Still waiting on a better opening than this

@2WEIMUSIC Looking forward to it.
