This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. This is not the standard I expected from Apple. This is the last executive- I have already had to explain my situation to 3 other executives who have done nothing but waste my time. I can’t be any more patient.
I don’t know what else to do now I have waited for 7 days and received NO SOLUTION and NO RESPONSE and a FAULTY DEVICE. this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. @AppleSupport@Apple
+ confirm that it won’t get ruined again. They keep saying they will raise the issue again and so far I have waited and waited and now the last executive has also stopped responding to me even though she said she will get back to me.

+repair it over and over again, everytime I have to repair it, it takes 7 days. I have lost out on money and my client relationships due to this. At this point it is reasonable to ask for a replacement. It’s not even been a month since my last repair.
