I have travelled 4 return journeys since January. None of my points are being added to my account. I've reached out multiple times through email and messages, but haven't received a response. Could you please investigate this issue? I am fed up.

@OckermanOlivia@Eurostar Did the same but its been 3 months and still nothing, it says 90 days to add points so I feel like they are purposefully not messaging back to withhold points
