You have seen these symbols your entire life.
In temples. In homes. In jewelry. At entrances during festivals. Drawn in rice flour at doorsteps before the household is awake.
But do you know what they actually mean?
Hindu sacred symbols carry centuries of philosophical, cosmological, and devotional significance. The Lotus is not simply associated with beauty but represents the soul's capacity to remain uncorrupted by the world it grows in, a direct expression of Vedantic thought. The Trishula of Shiva encodes the three fundamental forces of creation, preservation, and dissolution. The Shri Yantra is among the most sophisticated geometric constructions in any sacred tradition, a visual representation of the entire cosmos emanating from a central point of pure awareness.
These symbols were never meant to be background. They were meant to be read.
We have created a guide to help you do exactly that. It is attached below.

यतो कृष्णस्ततो धर्मो यतो धर्मस्ततो जयः
Where there is Kṛiṣhṇa, there is Dharma. Where there is Dharma, there is victory.
This is not a proverb. It is the concluding declaration of the Mahābhārata, Sañjaya's final summation of everything the Kurukṣetra war revealed.
Read it carefully. The verse does not begin with Dharma. It begins with Kṛṣṇa. Dharma flows from alignment with the divine. Victory flows from Dharma. The sequence matters.
This is why the Bhagavad Gītā opens where it does: not with strategy, not with philosophy, but with Arjuna's collapse on the battlefield and Kṛṣṇa's response. What follows is not a motivational talk. It is a complete teaching on the nature of the self, right action, and what it means to act without losing one's ground.
The victory the Mahābhārata speaks of is not simply winning. It is the only kind of outcome that holds: one built on clarity, right action, and alignment with something larger than personal gain.
This is the tradition HUA exists to study and transmit.

Modern medicine identifies tissues. Ayurveda explains how they are built.
The Saptadhātu, the seven foundational tissues of the body in Āyurvedic understanding, is not simply a classification system. They are a sequential transformation process.
Rasa (plasma) is formed first from digested food. It then nourishes and gives rise to Rakta (blood). Rakta nourishes and transforms into Māṃsa (muscle). Māṃsa into Meda (fat). Meda into Asthi (bone). Asthi into Majjā (marrow and nerve tissue). And Majjā, the most refined of all, gives rise to Śukra, the reproductive tissue, which in turn produces Ojas, the subtle essence of vitality and immunity.
Each tissue depends entirely on the quality of the one before it. Which means that what you eat, how you digest it, and how your body transforms nutrition all move through all seven layers before producing your deepest reserves of strength.
This is not a metaphor. It is a precise physiological model that has guided clinical Āyurvedic practice for millennia.
