@auspost It also does not explain or excuse the zero reply on my help ticket since logging it on Dec 14 and only getting a reply today when the package was delivered and id already left home for a trip. What good is a help system when you don't acknowledge it until it's too late.

Unbelievable @auspost . I sent a ticket to track a severely delayed package but only responded when it wasn't necessary. @DHLUS @FedEx @USPS any other global services, please use another delivery service when connecting delivery to Australia as Auspost are useless
