Dave Meltzer on Chad Gable following the El Grande Americano mask vs mask match at AAA Noche de los Grandes:
"There's probably nobody who is as good potentially as Chad Gable who has had less done with him.
"He's 40 years old, he had this incredible match, he could be doing this with 30 different guys, he's that great. He hasn't, because they have never put him in a position to have a 30 minute match on a pay-per-view.
"He's had a nice career, he's made a lot of money, but he's never been pushed at the level of that ability. The guy can do it all, he can talk, incredible in the ring, and this was the best match of his career."

@arielhelwani It was sad watching them do whatever it is they were doing on Raw, knowing every week for a few months, it's been like this in Mexico. Nothing they were doing on Raw in the build up made sense. I hope more people watch weekly AAA after this. Grande vs Dom is going to SLAAAPP!!
When wrestling is on fire it’s just a beautiful thing. Listen to this crowd.
Watched the match. Unbelievable. Both men - and that crowd - were outstanding.
Match of the year. Entrance of the year. Feud of the year.
If you haven't watched the Chad Gable vs. Kaiser match, you really should stop whatever you are doing and watch it now. One of the great match presentations of all-time.
The atmosphere was electric. The world was watching. History was made.
To all those in attendance in Monterrey and for everyone who watched #AAANocheDeLosGrandes wherever you did…thank you for making it a truly epic night for @luchalibreaaa!
What The Undertaker has done with AAA has been amazing. AAA already had some of the loudest and most passionate fans in wrestling, but now he's adding layered storylines that people can truly invest in alongside the atmosphere.
He's helped turn Ludwig Kaiser, Chad Gable, The Creed Brothers, Tyler Bate, and Pete Dunne into HUGE acts in Mexico, and this entire storyline has honestly become my favorite thing in wrestling right now.
I love everything AAA is doing at the moment.
When WWE broke the internet by officially acquiring Lucha Libre Triple AAA.
Looking at how it has turn now it has to go as one of the best investments ever.
Shit so funny seeing people think going down to AAA is some sort of disgraceful shit. Been the most consistent wwe show for a while now on top of having better crowds than the shit we been seeing on Raw and SD.
