Delighted to welcome you today to share our QI initiative as a result of feedback from the 2018 @NPESurvey. Listening to the needs of our patients and responding with solutions is fundamental to how we approach patient-centred care at St. James’s Hospital.
Today the third @NPESurvey went live! All patients over 16 years-of-age who spend 24 hours or more in hospital, have a postal address in the ROI, and are discharged during the month of May will be asked to complete the survey. Click here to find out more; https://t.co/amkU2Vtz6n
