@GAMEHelps I must say how appalling the service is. How unprofessional having Facebook and Twitter as the point of contact as email sends wrong messages. Last week I was given a story that it's taking up to 20 days to action returns. Well it's been 21 days. Continuously chasing.

Cut off 19th March when annual submissions are always end of March. No common sense used in looking at previous years. No help & no business to return to.
@HertsandEssexPE Re yr9 watersports trip. Im sure you are aware but just is case youre not, the information booklet given regarding schedule return flight details is incorrect. Flight no is in fact FR9015. Times are correct
