I learned today that is an Apple OS feature that is system wide.
We've all experienced this. You're driving and you look over and the person driving next to you has their face buried in their phone.
It's horrifying.
Stop using your phone and driving people.

A fun read with a ton of examples from poker, sports, business and politics on why it's so important to approach your decisions through a lens of inputs and probabilities.
This can be directly applied to teaching little ones to ski.
Waking up a 4am to drive up north. Putting on an enormous amount of uncomfortable gear. Getting really cold. Struggling to stay on your feet.
You have to help them learn to love it.
This applies to everyone, not just developers. Anytime you are pulled out of doing deep work there is a huge cost to the organization.
Most organizations dramatically underestimate the need to have a proper culture around meetings.

I took a 6 hour Amtrak train yesterday.

Companies will dramatically overestimate how much their customers actually think about them.
Most users are busy and don't really care.
Which is why I would advise you *not* to email your entire customer base letting them know of your bad news.
