@united What do you mean by “between hub airport”? Does this mean that flights that arrive or depart from a hub won’t be affected (CVG to ORD), or is it only flights that depart from a hub and arrive at a hub that won’t be affected (DEN to ORD)?

@nickkokonas My dad was on the CBOE floor for ~25 years. Many of his friends died young, of both natural and unnatural causes. He outlived nearly all of them at 81 years old when he passed due to an accident. He had a low-risk, long-game mentality. “SK” or “Cookie” for those that knew him.

@Ryan_Ori Ryan, you left out any mention of the loss of property tax revenue on these properties. Our tax policy encourages wealthy schools and hospitals to stockpile properties. This amounts to a public subsidy for private land acquisition.
