@TheCricketerMag @GeorgeDobell1 As a Leicestershire supporter I actually think a Division 3 would be good for them. A more achievable goal to get into Division 2 / top 12 in the country. A chance to win more games. More games would mean something. Like when they originally went to two divisions.
